We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases so please choose carefully.
We can only process returns for product purchased from www.balvonie.nz . If a you have purchased your product from a retail store or another website, you should contact them direct. For stockist contact details please visit our store finder.
We will only exchange products in which we deem to be faulty. Please contact us if you believe your wine is off/faulty.
Proof of purchase must be included with any returned product.
Postage charges on returns are at the cost of the customer and non-refundable.
Balvonie NZ is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during the transfer. Once the package leaves our warehouse it is under the customers ownership and the customer/couriers’ responsibility. If you would like to make a claim for a lost or damaged order, please contact Post Haste directly.
